wow, this is fantastic news, more food choices, and a subway to-boot..And to think i was joking with a JA friend only recently that we have a Subway in SVG, lol!!Cant wait to check out these places wen im there for vincy mass this year..Surley this must show the current Gov is doing something wright in order to instill confidence in these inveters...

Dumb@ss they're franchises a lot of the money is going out of the country,it will take these people years to recoup what it cost to buy into these franchises,let's hope they manage to stay open....I thought you were goona talk about Jules Ferdinand the head of the biggest company in svg..
I know you don't understand economics or you'll understand why Arnhim is a far better leader than Ralph..Here's an economics lesson son,you have subway,marios,churches,kfc and bickles in a country that's broker by the day,which is the most expensive franchise?Which will go out of business first?The SVG market can't sustain these franchises,you're about to learn a lesson...Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me powa,nor does that of the ulp.
I was lmao at the ads that were up b4 the companies came,I thought dumb@sses like powa will be fooled into thinking the economy is doing well?Powa my bet is on Boyea,no franchise that has taken on kfc in svg has survived for very long..A lot of these other franchises are a bunch of people who managed to scrape some pennies together...nevertheless I'll enjoy these franchises while they last,what was the name of the last chicken franchise with the rotiserrie chicken,next to kfc?Powa your PM needs to go to subway and become our local Jared,who lost all the weight by eating only subway meals..A lot of these franchise owners are known,and were wealthy even under the ndp,it's not "new money",it's the same old people just new businesses.Powa a lot of these people are the old vincentian elite,I thought Ralf had killed them off but they lay dormant until they knew he was leaving l.o.l I wouldn't be surprised if Graves opened a walmart l.o.l

Iverson, it seems like you're becoming a bit frustrated. Your DUMB@AS comment reminds me of a FAMILIAR BRAYING JACKARSE on this forum.

You talk about knowing economics but you remind me of the docile economist by the name of ARNHIM EUSTACE. A so-called economist that no organization or institution in SVG or the region has ever requested to be a keynote speaker on anything to do with economics.

You would think that during this global economic downturn EUSTACE expertise would have been in demand, locally and regionally, instead it is Dr. Gonsalves who has been picked to handle the mess with BRITISH AMERICAN/CLICO.

ARNHIM EUSTACE'S ECONOMIC EDUCATION IS OUTDATED. HE IS BASICALLY A BOOKKEEPER and so needs to go back to school to be retrained .

I have seen and heard enough of Dr. Gonsalves SCHOOLING ARNHIM in Parliament to know that he is not READY TO LEAD A NATION, ESPECIALLY IN THESE TRYING TIMES, and he NEVER WILL.

All that said; I just have to laugh about you teaching me about economics. What exactly did you teach me? LOL

The bottomline is this, the entrepreneurial spirit has taken over SVG because business persons and new entrepreneurs feel confident that SVG is heading in the right direction, economically, educationally, socially and culturally.

They're CONFIDENT that the INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at ARGYLE will lead to the TRANSFORMATION of SVG and so they're positoning themselves to benefit economically from this likely and expected reality.

We see Ken Boyea opening a KFC and an AUNT JOBE SUPERMARKET in Arnos Vale. Why do you think he is making that kind of investment if he didn't think SVG is being TRANSFORMED UNDER THIS ULP GOVERNMENT?

Moreover, the GREAVES are opening a multi million dollar SUPERMARKET in the Pembroke/Cane Garden area, does it has anything to do with the 5-STAR Resort at Buccament Bay that the NDP called a PHANTOM PROJECT?

So yes, new businesses are popping up all over SVG because business minded Vincentians and foreign investors have CONFIDENCE IN this ULP GOVERNMENT AND THE DIRECTION IT IS BEING TAKEN BY IT'S VISIONARY LEADER DR. RALPH GONSALVES.

ARNHIM on the other hand is just a STOOGE and a FIGURE HEAD. WHEN YOU HAVE James Mitchell holding you by the hand, like a LITTLE BOY, and telling you to say goodnight to the crowd and then go sitdown, without givimg giving a speech as the Opposition leader you know you're just a puppet.

No one has any confidence in a man who basically demonstrated that he is not ready to manage a mauby shop muchless governing a nation in these trying times, especially when he said "FIND IT WHERE" to a question posed to him by Jerry George as it relates to the completion of the ARGYLE International AIRPORT, if the backward NDP gets into office.

Iverson, Vincentians are not STUPID anymore, despite what the DEFACTO leader of the NDP JAMES MITCHELL THINKS, and so your CONTINUOUS and TIRESOME PROPAGANDA had no value here.

Tell us what are the vision, plans, programs and policies of the NDP to DEVELOP and MOVE this nation FORWARD?

If you cannot answer that question, do not bother to respond with another one of your worthless posts.

Powa Jerry George asked Mike Brown"What are you gonna do with these educated people when they come back?" Mike Browne couldn't answer,it was clear early up that the ulp didn't know wtf they were doing,they just did education because it seems good on paper and everyoneelse was doing it..

Iverson, MIKE BROWN is not the LEADER or the PRIME MINISTER of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

On the other hand, ARNHIM EUSTACE is the OPPOSITION LEADER, who aspires to be the PM of SVG, and he had NO PRUDENT ANSWER for Jerry George’s question. This is coming from a MAN who you have showered with PRAISE as an ECONOMIST, yet when Jerry George asked an ECONOMIC/FINANCIAL QUESTION of him and his response was “FIND IT WHERE.” SMH

Clearly Eustace is NO LEADER or is he an ECONOMIST of any WORTH.

I posted the same VIDEO and STATEMENT so that the PEEPERS/OBSERVERS can see for themselves the PERSON who is TRYING to become the PM of SVG.

Again, I wouldn’t HIRE Arnhim Eustace to MANAGE a MAUBY SHOW muchless GOVERNING a COUNTRY in these TRYING TIMES.

Iverson, the PM gave the MIDDLE FINGER to a HOMOSEXUAL SUPPORTER of the NDP by the NAME of KENLYN who was ANTONIZING him. But as always, U and the NDP cannot speak truth and so you take that incident and turn it around to mean that Dr. Gonsalves gave Vincentians or the country the middle finger.

I didn’t KNOW that the HOMOSEXUAL SUPPORTER of the NDP, KENLYN, REPRESENTS all VINCENTIANS and the COUNTRY. Maybe Kenlyn REPRESENTS you in more ways than one??

That said; the PM has DEMONSTRATED that he is a GREAT LEADER because he has GOTTEN RID of the MAN from BEQUIA, James Mitchell, who has contempt for VINCENTIANS. He said Vincentians have BREADFRUIT MENTALITY.

He is also the leader who that closed down the SUGAR FACTORY, DIAMOND DAILY, COCONUT OIL factory, the STONE MILLS, many of the FACTORIES at CAMPDEN PARK, the ARROW ROOT INDUSTRY and so many others. HE turned Georgetown into a GHOST TOWN.

These INDUSTRIES had EMPLOYED THOUSANDS of Vincentians and the man from BEQUIA, JAMES MITCHELL, and his NDP GOVERNMENT, got rid of them and so created more POVERTY in SVG. He controlled these people by putting them on POOR RELIEF and so they became DEPEND on the NDP GOVERNMENT for HANDOUTS.

JAMES MITCHELL and the NDP will go down in the annuals of VINCENTIAN HISTORY as the MOST VICIOUS, COLD HEARTED and UNPROGRESSIVE LEADER and PARTY ever in SVG.

Of course, Arnhim Eustace will go down as the WORST 6 MONTHS PRIME MINISTER in the HISTORY of the Caribbean.


Young people SIGN ON to the ULP because it knows it is a PROGRESSIVE PARTY and a CHAMPION of POOR PEOPLE and the YOUNG.

The NDP on the other hand is just a LYING, SCAREMONGERING, BACKWARD, PROPAGANDIST and SEXIST PARTY that has no VISION, PLANS, PROGRAMS and POLICIES to DEVELOP and MOVE this NATION FORWARD.

Notice how IVERSON and the REST of the CLUELESS NDPITES always AVOID the question of what are the plans, programs and policies of the NDP to develop and move this nation forward. They do not have any ANSWERS because the NDP has NO ANSWERS, yet they want to GOVERN this NATION. SMH.

Moreover, the NDP doesn’t believe or have CONFIDENCE in the YOUTHS of SVG. Just look at their SLATE of CANDIDATES and you know that it is a party that is not going anywhere, so much so that it is now LOOKING to REPLACE some of their CANDIDATES, because it knows that they will get a TRASHING by the ULP CANDIDATES. LOL

I am going to say it again, YOUNG LUKE BROWNE will DEFEAT ARNHIM EUSTACE in EAST KINGTOWN. When the ULP DEFEATS the NDP, courtesy of another LANDSLIDE VICTORY, it will be the END of the NDP, as we KNOW IT.

It is time to put ARNHIM EUSTACE, BURTON WILLIAMS, NORREL HULL, LEACOCK, CUMMINGS, Patel Matthews and the rest of the LOSERS of the NDP to REST because their kind of POLITICS is DEAD…. the 70’s, 80’s and mid 90’s are long gone.

Again, VINCENTIANS are not STUPID anymore, but of course the DEFACTO of the NDP, JAMES MITCHELL, still BELIEVES we’re.

VINCENTIANS will SHOW JAMES MITCHELL, EUSTACE and the NDP on Election Day how WISE they’re when they give the ULP another LANDSLIDE VICTORY and so PUT the NDP to REST ONCE and for all.

Powa a certain PM had to say in parliament "as much as I may not agree with mr eustace,he has made some wise investment decisions" Eustace apparently invested govt money in st.kitts airport and it paid off.Plus he was a regional economist..I mean seriously,Arnhim doesn't need to threaten to sue and fire everyone in svg to get taken seriously,you have to be a real clown to resort to that..You want to know the funny thing?You have to love a newspaper that the govt owes over a hundred thousand dollars yet it has to pretend as if Rolf is a good pm..
Mike Browne was the minister of education it was his job to know that sh!t,as for Rolf all he really knows is criminal law,powa I hope you didn't ask him to prescribe medication for you...anyway thank goodness there's no medication in the hospital.The big photo of Ralf in the hospital pharmacy scared away all the medication l.o.l I hope there aren't anymore Rolf posters in the hospital,can you imagine if a woman is about to undergo anesthesia and the last thing she sees b4 she goes under is a giant poster of rolf's face "Nooooo!" l.o.l
