
While her fans have been waiting for over a decade for a new album, Eve looks like she’s finally ready to make her comeback this year. The Philly rapper has announced her next single and a remix to “She Bad Bad.”
The pit bull in a skirt has called upon Pusha T and Juicy Jfor the remix to the first single off her oft-delayed albumLip Lock, due this spring. The video for the song has already received over 1 million views since its premiere on VEVO earlier this month.
She will also debut her overcoming-the-odds anthem “Make It Out This Town” on January 22 as part of the “Hip-Hop Homecoming” event at Big Brothers Big Sisters’ National Mentoring Month conference in Washington, D.C.
Eve was recently named a national celebrity advisor for the charity, the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network.
To build buzz for her first album since 2002’s Eve-Olution, Eve has been releasing remixes to popular hits as part of her“EVEstylin’ Tuesdays” series.
