The veteran sound system selector walked away with US$20,000 when he won last weekend’s Bad Boy Sound Clash organized by Supreme Promotions.
Diddy flew to Kingston for the first time to sponsor the event. The hip-hop mogul, who gave a small performance with some local acts, was later spotted in the VIP with girlfriend Cassie and plenty Ciroc.
Ciroc brand manager, Marsha Lumley, told the Observer that the brand ishappy to be a part of the festivities.
“It showcases some of the best sound system talents in Jamaica and Ciroc wanted to connect with the grassroots. This was a perfect way of doing so and although the event was put together at last minute it was only natural for Ciroc to partner with the organisers as he (P Diddy) is the US brand ambassador,” Lumley said.
